Novosibirsk is the largest city in Siberia, with a population of about 1,500,000. Other important cities are: Yekaterinburg, Omsk , Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Tyumen, Tomsk.
